Kuolai Historic Trail is located in Kuolai, Pinglin District, New Taipei City. Before reaching the start of the trail visitors pass "Kuolai Suspension Bridge," the perfect location from which to appreciate Beishixi River and the beautiful scenery.
Kuolai Historic Trail is not long, and hikers may also plan to visit nearby Fangshankeng Historic Trail, staying overnight in Kuolai where they can enjoy nighttime accompanied by singing of cicadas, frogs and the star-filled sky.
