When entering and exiting Kuolai Historic Trail, visitors pass Lusixiu No. 3 house. Although the owner is not present, the chairs placed at the door and the nearby natural mountain spring provide hikes with a much-needed short rest.
There are many well-known lakes along Beishi River and Heilongtan in Lusixiu is one of them, as well as the end point of Kuolai Historic Trail located on the upper reaches of Beishi River. The lake is green and clear with few visitors, which makes it a secret escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
