In the early years, the Fengzilin Ferry wharf was a frequent and important cargo transfer station. At that time, our ancestors traded agricultural products, tea, coal and other goods from Danshui River to Xindian River and then to Shiding area.
In addition to visiting nostalgic settlements and enjoying historic trails, visitors can drop by Shiding Old Street when they come to Fengzilin. The quaint street is not over commercialized and has the same natural and primitive style as Fengzilin.
