Wushan Yueling Historic Trail, which is part of the end section of Danlan National Greenway Middle Road connecting Wantan to Pingxi Historic Trail. Generally, hikers plan to trek Wushan Yueling Historic Trail, Pingxi Historic Trail and Shikong Historic Trail together. Visitors start the mountain trek in New Taipei City and leave from Wai-Ao in Yilan having trekked three wonderful historic trails.
The front section of the trail is a gentle mountain slope but it becomes a more challenging steep-slope stone-step section. Visitors then walk down a muddy mountain route that crosses streams and rocks to reach the exit of the trail. The cross-river section is very beautiful, with green trees offering shade and a clear stream, making it perfect for summer vacations. This section is 200 meters in length and visitors can enjoy everything it has to offer at an amble.
